Thank you for shopping with Roya Group Ltd. All orders from our store are subject to the following shipping guidelines.

Order Processing & Dispatch All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order ships, including your tracking information.

UK Domestic Shipping We offer several shipping options at checkout to suit your needs:

  • Standard Delivery: Shipped after the 3-day processing window.
  • DPD Delivery: A premium, trackable service via DPD.
  • Next Day Delivery: Expedited transit for your order. (Please note: Next Day Delivery refers to the transit time once the courier has collected the parcel, following our standard dispatch window.)

Deliveries to Northern Ireland. For all orders traveling to Northern Ireland, please allow an additional 2 working days on top of the standard estimated delivery times.

International Shipping We offer international shipping to a variety of destinations. For all international orders, shipping rates, delivery times, and the carrier will vary depending on the destination country and the courier selected at checkout.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Roya Group Ltd is not responsible for any customs, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All fees incurred during or after shipping are the customer's responsibility (e.g., tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Receiving Your Order: Because our shipments contain premium perishable goods, such as chocolate-covered dates and saffron, we highly recommend that someone be available to receive the package upon delivery. This helps ensure your items remain in optimal condition and are not left outside in unpredictable weather.

How Do I Check the Status of My Order? When your order ships, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, please get in touch with us with your name and order number, and we will look into it.
